3. Engagement and Fees

All engagements are subject to a written proposal or engagement letter that outlines the scope of work, fees, and payment terms. Fees are based on the complexity of your requirements and are communicated upfront before any work commences.

Monthly retainer fees are payable in advance on the first business day of each month. Ad hoc services outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work begins.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or professional obligations. This obligation continues after the termination of our engagement.
