This means clients have access to strategic advice, technical review, workflow control and day to day support. Our team works together so that advice is considered, work is reviewed properly and client matters are followed through.
Leadership
Vedran Maric
Vedran leads the firm's growth, strategic direction and key client relationships. As a CPA and MAPF-qualified professional, he works closely with clients on strategy, structuring, planning and higher-level commercial matters.
Bojan Maric
Bojan leads BVM's compliance, technical and quality review function. With CPA and MBA qualifications, he focuses on complex tax matters, technical reviews, EOFY tax optimisation, team training and ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with ATO and TPB requirements.
Mile Majinovic
Mile oversees BVM's day-to-day operations, systems and workflow performance. His role includes client onboarding, workflow control, process design, performance oversight and making sure client matters are followed through properly.
Accounting & Support Team
Ken Dahl Obiedo
Ken works across senior accounting, review quality and technical support. He assists with complex jobs, supports the accounting team and helps ensure client work is accurate, clear and completed to a high standard.
Blezyl Amora Cyag
Blezyl supports financial statement preparation, tax compliance, BAS work, bookkeeping, payroll and recurring accounting tasks.
Bojana Cirkovic
Bojana works within our sister company in Belgrade and supports the team with bookkeeping, reconciliations, processing and compliance preparation.
Jacelle Buendia
Jacelle provides executive and operational support, including calendar and inbox management, document organisation, template preparation and client coordination.
Sanja Govedarica
Sanja supports the wider BVM group with business administration, European operations, internal reporting and commercial support. She has also assisted with the establishment and administration of BVM's sister companies in Europe.
